1. Return Eligibility

Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the order.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

Customized, final sale, and clearance items are not eligible for return.
2. Return Process

Once your return is approved, we will provide the return address and instructions.

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
3. Return Shipping Cost

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. A flat fee of $50 USD will be deducted from your refund.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Jesmeks is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Shipping fees, taxes, and the return fee are non-refundable.
