1. Return Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the order.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

• Customized, final sale, and clearance items are not eligible for return.

2. Return Process

• Please contact our customer service at happyplayer897@gmail.com before initiating any return. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

• Once your return is approved, we will provide the return address and instructions.

• After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

3. Return Shipping Cost

• Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. A flat fee of $50 USD will be deducted from your refund.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Jesmeks is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

4. Refunds

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

• Shipping fees, taxes, and the return fee are non-refundable.
